About The Anubis Project

What Anubis is and what it is designed to do

The Anubis project was originally designed by EMNET to help businesses develop new products and processes likely to lead to business success and the generation of wealth.

Anubis targets the tremendous level of opportunity for small companies to improve productivity, reduce costs, bring new products to market and extend their reach using ICT through focused intensity of public and private sector support.

ICT was selected as a critical element in the project as it is continually changing the nature and structure of business processes and markets. This provides a rich supply of competitive advantage for innovative companies to exploit new niches.

Because of the rapidly changing commercial environment and the need to react swiftly to opportunity focus was placed on innovation in business using ICT rather than the development of ICT products themselves.

The project also aspires to demonstrate to businesses generally that ICT offers very significant commercial opportunities and that these are open to all.
