EMNET has been restructured and new arrangements are in place for supporting clients.
Web Hosting, e-mail and related services
Emnet are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement with another business class Internet Service Provider in respect of their Internet Hosting, Email and related services. The new ISP (which will be named as soon as contracts are signed within the next few days) currently provides a full range of Internet services. In order to avoid any disruption to any customer, the new ISP will be absorbing the Emnet infrastructure such that all hosting and email remains on the existing platform. It is intended that in the coming few months that the servers currently in use will be upgraded, providing customers with increased performance.
The new ISP will be communicating with all customers in writing shortly to explain in more detail, and to provide customers with revised billing details (DD forms, Credit Card forms etc).
In selecting the new ISP, Emnet have taken care to ensure that there will be minimal or no disruption to the customer, and that strong support will be in place.
Emnet would like to thank all of it's customers for their support over recent years, and are pleased to have been of service.
New Support Arrangements
The new telephone support number 01270 898506 that is manned by support personnel during office hours. 09.00 to 17.00hrs. (The new ISP also provides a skeleton service on a best endeavours basis outside of these hours).

Wireless services are now operational
