University Boulevard, Nottingham

Highfields Science Park provides an ideal setting for seedbed research and development companies, and is the established leader in the provision of high technology accommodation in the East Midlands. Established jointly by Nottingham City Council and the University of Nottingham, it is situated on a 20 acre site, adjacent to the Nottingham University campus, 2 miles from the City Centre.

The Highfields Science Park was developed by the City Council to provide an attractive environment in which knowledge-based and innovative businesses could gain the benefit of close co-operation with the University of Nottingham.

Highfields Science Park is situated off the A6005 less than 2 miles south west of the Centre of Nottingham immediately to the south of the University Campus. The level site extends to over 20 acres with some possibilities for future expansion. Over 6,500 square metres (48 units) of public sector development and 7183 square metres of private sector building is now completed with further building programmed. There is ready-build accommodation to rent or buy together with sites for further individual development which are offered on 125 year building leases on either single premium or ground rental basis. The variety of developments provides a stimulating contrast of architectural styles and a mix of unit types readily adaptable for a wide range of high technology uses. The Park has proved extremely popular, particularly as it can offer space suitable for individuals or small and large established companies.

Rental space is available both in City Council and private developments offering a range of leasing terms.
