SCIENCE PARK BUILDINGS
Highfields Science Park consists of a range of buildings designed for a mixture
of scientific office and workshop/laboratory uses.
Each of the designs offers good natural and artificial light, natural
ventilation supplemented with mechanical extraction, a high standard of
insulation, heating and toilet facilities and inputs for mains services
including provision for spare duct work to accommodate, for example, future
cable, pipes or fibre optics.
Each development is set in attractive landscaped surroundings, and offers
ample car parking and service access.
